Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Blaize's family moved to Ossining, New York, to support his elder sister Raven Symone'scareer in the entertainment industry.

Their father and Raven’s manager, Christopher B. Pearman, worked relentlessly to support her dream as an artist while instilling in her the ability to trust in herself and never losing sight of their family's essential principles.

In June 2020, the actress announced shegot marriedto her girlfriend Miranda Maday on her Instagram account. Sharing the post, she captioned it, "I got married to a woman who understands me from trigger to joy, from breakfast to midnight snack, from stage to home," the actress wrote in the caption. "I love you Mrs. Pearman-Maday!"
